OUR FIRM

Our Founder. Sloto & Diamond was founded by James R. Sloto, a respected member of the South Florida legal community for over 35 years.

Our Practice. We are a Miami-based legal boutique focusing on  Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianship Administration and Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation, and Estate Planning. Because our core practice touches most aspects of our clients personal and professional lives, we frequently represent clients in matters concerning their real estate holdings, businesses, financial interests, health care, benefits, and marriages.

OUR CLIENTS

Diverse. Our clients have varied backgrounds, which include domestic and foreign individuals, traditional couples, same-sex couples, fiduciaries, businesses, and those navigating a wrongful death loss or personal injury.

Distinct and Sensitive Needs. Our clients face unfamiliar realities. These issues require difficult and emotional decisions involving the incapacity of a family member, intra-family legal disputes, the preservation and passing of wealth to future generations, and special needs or settlement protection planning.

Our Mission

Sloto & Diamond provides each client with a unique and personal client experience. We combine the quality and professionalism of a large firm with the attention and efficiency that only a boutique law firm can deliver. We consider the distinct needs and sensitivities of each client as we create, explain, and deliver pragmatic solutions, and work to resolve disputes both inside and outside of court.
