Our Founder. Sloto & Diamond was founded by James R. Sloto, a respected member of the South Florida legal community for over 35 years.

Our Practice. We area Miami-based legal boutique focusing on Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianship Administration and Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation, and Estate Planning. Because our core practice touches most aspects of our clients personal and professional lives, we frequently represent clients in matters concerning their real estate holdings, businesses, financial interests, health care, benefits, and marriages.
