Stefano Rainelli

Stefano Rainelli is an associate at Sloto & Diamond whose practice focuses on probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation and estate planning. Stefano began his legal career at an insurance defense firm where he primarily represented condominium associations in directors’ and officers’ liability insurance litigation matters. Stefano then worked as an in-house counsel in the business and legal affairs department of a major television network. Stefano uses his prior legal experience and meticulous attention to detail to identify factual and legal nuances and create approaches in his litigation and estate planning matters.

Stefano graduated from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a staff member on The George Washington International Law Review’s Guide to International Legal Research. While at GW, Stefano was also a member of the Street Law student organization, where he conducted lessons on U.S. Constitutional law to high school students in Virginia.

Before attending law school, Stefano was a high school teacher with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and taught AP Psychology. Stefano honed his unique ability to patiently explain complex concepts and issues to clients in plain terms so that they can make informed decisions on critical matters in the classroom.

Stefano was born and raised in Miami and is an avid Miami sports fan. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
