Alex’s practice focuses on representing individuals, families, and fiduciaries in a wide range of contentious matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate administration conflicts, business-related disputes, and fiduciary litigation. He is committed to protecting his clients’ interests and rights while guiding them through the complexities of trust and estate litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Alex provides comprehensive estate planning services. Armed with a Master of Law in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Heckerling Graduate Program, he offers clients tailored estate plans designed to protect their assets and secure their legacy for future generations.
Prior to attending law school, Alex worked for his family business in New York. This experience gave him a unique ability to understand the dynamics of family-owned enterprises and the importance of protecting family wealth and legacy through effective estate planning and litigation strategies.

During his time in law school, Alex had the privilege of interning with some of Miami’s most distinguished judges, including the Honorable Maria M. Korvick and the Honorable Celeste H. Muir in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Probate Division. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the judicial process and solidified his commitment to serving the needs of clients in the realm of trust and estate law.

Before joining the law firm of Sloto & Diamond, Alex honed his expertise with some of Miami’s most prestigious trust and estate firms.
Alex prides himself on his ability to draw upon his extensive knowledge of trust and estate law to employ a tactical and personal approach in developing creative solutions to complicated challenges and resolving issues for his clients.
